Top Employers 2025: Adient extends its certification to Slovakia

Burscheid (Germany), 16 January 2025 – Adient, a leading global supplier in automotive seating, has newly obtained this year’s Top Employer certification for its Slovakia organization, while renewing the distinction in six other European countries already assessed in previous years.

Under the scrutiny of the Top Employers Institute, the sites in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Romania, Poland, and Serbia have all shown improvements compared to last year’s assessment – with an overall increase of 6.33% from last year’s score. Among the results to be highlighted are the highest-ranked organizations in the Czech Republic with an overall score of 89%, and Adient Macedonia as well as Serbia, both achieving 88%.

The annual certification scheme aims to provide a benchmark on corporate HR practices across different industries and countries. The results are based on a survey covering crucial domains such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

“We are pleased that all markets assessed across our EMEA organization have renewed their Top Employer certification, with a special mention of our Slovakian sites which achieved a result of nearly 85% on their first attempt,” stated Nebahat Gueler, Vice President Human Resources EMEA at Adient.
